What’s the commitment level for this program?
It’s 8 weeks to a healthy and more fit YOU. This is an 8-Week Program but it is self directed and you will have lifetime access to the weekly fitness/nutrition modules so you can go back to it at anytime.
Do I need a gym membership?
No you don’t. I will design your program if you’re a Beginner, Intermediate or Advanced Lifter keeping in mind the schedule of a busy mom and will have options for gym training or at home.
Do I need additional equipment if I’m working out from home?
Yes I recommend a Lebert Equalizer, some Mini Bands, an XL strength band, 1-2 Kettlebells and a variety of Dumbbells.
If I just gave birth when should I start?
As soon as you have approval from your doctor, we can start as quickly as 6-8 weeks after birth. Most Lose The Baby Weight clients start at 3-4 months Postpartum.
Can I still do the program if I had my baby 2, 5 or even 10 years ago?
Absolutely! It’s never too late to get into better shape and live a healthier lifestyle not only for yourself but for your family too.
Can I use this program in conjunction with another workout program?
For best results, I recommend to follow the Lose The Baby Weight Program only.
What if I’m nursing?
That’s absolutely no problem at all! I can strategize your nutrition program whether you are nursing or not, without affecting milk supply. In fact breastfeeding burns more calories during the day so this may actually help the weight loss.
